With a passion for creating beautiful, confident smiles, Dr. Casey is the founder and Principal Dentist at Smile and Skin Suite. Dr Casey harmonises expertise in cosmetic dentistry with a genuinely caring approach.
Dr. Casey has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry, with a focus on full smile makeovers – from Invisalign to whitening, and finishing with composite bonding or porcelain veneers. Her philosophy is to ensure a healthy foundation first, so you’ll also find her working on disease stabilisation as part of your complete treatment journey.
Known for working exceptionally well with anxious patients, Dr. Casey creates a relaxed, upbeat environment where Netflix, music, and laughter are all part of the experience. Whether you’re here for general dental care or a complete smile transformation, you’ll feel right at home in Dr. Casey’s chair.
Darren Fletcher
Senior Dental Prosthetist
Darren brings nearly 40 years of experience in the construction of high-quality dentures, combining technical expertise with a genuine commitment to patient care. Throughout his career, Darren has taken great pride in his craft, from the initial consultation with a patient to the meticulous, often late-night work in the lab, ensuring every prosthetic meets the highest standard of function, fit, and aesthetics.
Having owned and operated a denture clinic with an on-site denture laboratory for decades, Darren’s depth of experience is reflected in the consistency and quality of his work. He has built long-standing relationships with many of his patients, spanning many years, and values the trust that comes from delivering reliable, lasting results. Maintaining the integrity of his work and the satisfaction of his patients remains at the core of everything he does.
Outside of the clinic and lab, Darren enjoys spending quality time with his wife and family, making the most of life beyond his professional passion.
Amber Bothamley
Dental Prosthetist
Amber is a dedicated prosthetist who finds genuine joy in transforming smiles and restoring confidence. For her, the most rewarding part of her work is the instant impact, helping patients regain both function and aesthetics in a way that can truly change their day-to-day lives. It’s a feeling she says never gets old.
Known for her warm and approachable nature, Amber builds strong, trusting relationships with her patients. She takes pride in delivering results that balance both function and a natural, beautiful appearance, ensuring every patient feels comfortable, understood, and confident in their smile.
Outside of the clinic, Amber has a passion for cars, she owns an S13 Nissan Silvia drift car and can often be found at the track. When she’s not drifting, she enjoys spending quality time with her dog.
Andrea Wilby
Treatment Coordinator
Andrea is an experienced Treatment Coordinator who brings years of industry knowledge and a genuine passion for patient care to the team. Warm, bubbly, and always welcoming, she greets every patient with a smile and quickly builds meaningful, trusting relationships.
As the vital link between patients and clinicians, Andrea plays an integral role in ensuring every visit runs seamlessly. Proactive, organised, and always one step ahead, she keeps the clinic flowing while making sure each patient feels supported, informed, and completely at ease from the moment they walk through the doors.

Where can you find us?
We are located at 1/130 Brisbane Road, Mooloolaba on the Sunshine Coast.
There is parking available for you in front of the clinic, as well behind the clinic.
What are the parking options?
You will find plenty of parking on Brisbane Road, in front of the clinic, as well as the rear of the clinic. Parking on Brisbane Road is limited to 2 hours, so be sure to check the signage when you park. The rear car park often has extra client parking available and you are welcome to use this area.
What can I expect at my first visit?
Your first visit is a personalised consultation where we take the time to understand your goals, assess your oral health, and discuss suitable treatment options. We aim to make every step clear, comfortable, and tailored to you.

How do you assess suitability for cosmetic dental treatments?
Every patient begins with a comprehensive consultation, where we assess your oral health, discuss your goals, and determine the most appropriate treatment options. We prioritise a personalised approach to ensure any treatment recommended is suitable for you.
Do you offer general dental care as well as cosmetic treatments?
Yes—we believe healthy teeth are the foundation of any great smile. We provide general dental care alongside smile-focused treatments to support long-term oral health.
Will I receive a treatment plan before starting?
Yes—you will always receive a clear, personalised treatment plan outlining your options. We take the time to explain everything so you can make an informed decision about your care.
Do you provide pricing information for skin treatments?
Due to regulatory guidelines, we are unable to publish treatment pricing online. However, we are committed to transparency—detailed pricing and treatment options will always be discussed with you during your consultation, so you can make a fully informed decision with no pressure.

How often should I attend check-ups?
We typically recommend 6 monthly check-ups, as regular dental check-ups are important for maintaining oral health.

We understand that dental emergencies can happen unexpectedly and often require prompt attention. We aim to accommodate emergency appointments where possible and prioritise patients in pain or discomfort. If you are experiencing a dental emergency, we encourage you to contact the clinic as soon as possible so our team can assist you.
